create adult oriented websites on this service. That means we
don't accept personnal sites, bikini sites, and so on. |

can only upload LEGAL content to our servers. Illegal
material includes, but is not limited, to child pornography,
bestiality, scat, violent rape, and pictures that you don't have the
right to use. THERE IS NO SUCH THING
AS PUBLIC DOMAIN CONTENT. Images
that you download on IRC, from newsgroups, from websites you visit,
that a friend sent you, and so on aren't licensed to you, and it is
illegal to use them. You should either own a license for each
picture you use, or they should be provided for free by your
sponsor. Please note that if you use infringing material on yoru
website, your account willl be deleted without notice, but we will
fully deal with the copyright owner and concerned authorities. |

legal for you, in your country, province/state, city to build adult
websites and to view such content. You must be 18+ years old to use

use your webspace we provide to do any illegal activities.
This includes, but is not limited to, password trading, warez sites,

Cheaters will also be deleted without notice. |

limited to) unsolicited emails, ICQ, IRC, chat rooms, newsgroups

try to hide our banners & text links, or write "Host's
banners above" or "Don't click above", or push the
footer lower than it should be with <p>'s and <br>'s |

We may alter
these terms at any time, cancel, or modify this service at anytime

warranty of any kind about the reliability of this service. You
should always keep a backup of your website. |

This service
is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of access to, or
removal or alteration of your webpages. |

Our decision
is final in all cases. |

Your website
& webpages must all be written in English. |

Gay/male
sites are allowed but MUST be located in the gay category. |

Maximum file
size is 85k.. Files over this size will be deleted automatically. We
also don't accept movies and CGI (PHP/C/C++/Perl) scripts. The
images in your account can't be hotlinked from another location than
your own website. |

You take
full responsibility for your acts and material you upload to our
servers. That means that if you share your account with somebody
else, you are responsible of his actions too. |
Failure
to abide by these terms will result in your website(s) and account(s)
terminated without prior notice.
